Emergency pricing policy

The Hurricane Freeze promise

When the Governor declares a state of emergency covering the counties we serve, Repairo waives every urgency fee. No exceptions. No fine print.

What triggers the freeze

A Florida Governor's declaration of a state of emergency covering Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County. Once the declaration goes in, we waive every urgency fee on the platform — Routine is already free, and Urgent and Emergency drop to zero.

How long it stays on

The freeze stays on through the declaration and the recovery window that follows it. You'll see a banner at the top of the app whenever it's active. If you book a job during that window, you pay exactly what you would have paid the month before the storm.

Why this isn't a policy we'll walk back

It's a commitment we've made publicly, in writing, on this page. If you ever see an urgency fee charged during a declared emergency, email hello@repairo.pro and we'll refund it the same day. That's the whole enforcement mechanism, and it's enough because we mean it.

We live here too

We're a South Florida company. When a hurricane hits, we're in the same storm you are — boarding the same windows, clearing the same debris, checking on the same neighbors. Charging urgency premiums in the middle of that isn't something we're willing to do. So we don't.
