Delete from inside the app (fastest)
Account deletion is self-service — no need to contact support:
- Sign in at app.repairo.pro (or in the Repairo app) and open your Profile from the dashboard.
- Homeowners: choose Delete Account under the Account section. Contractors: open the Danger zone and choose Delete my account permanently.
- Type your account email to confirm. That's it.
What happens when you delete
- Your profile, saved addresses, favorites, and login are permanently removed. Deletion cannot be undone.
- Open bookings or in-progress jobs must be completed or cancelled first.
- Contractors: any active subscription is cancelled. If a payout is still on the way, your account deactivates immediately and deletion completes automatically once the payout reaches your bank.
- Records of past jobs and payments are retained in anonymized form where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can't sign in?
Enter your account email and we'll send deletion instructions to that address. If you no longer have access to the email either, contact support@repairo.pro and we'll verify your identity manually.
